Our Headache & Sinus Relief Aromatherapy Inhaler is formulated to relieve headaches, seasonal allergy symptoms and congestion, and general stuffiness. Additionally, it can be used for anxiety and stress relief due to the calming properties of Frankincense and Lavender essential oils, which naturally calm the nervous system.To use: Hold the inhaler close to your nose and take a deep breath in through your nostrils, then exhale (hold the breath for a few moments before exhaling).Repeat this process 2-3 times in each nostril as often as needed to maintain a sense of relief and calm. Ingredients: Lavender, Frankincense, Fir Needle, Eucalyptus, Peppermint & Rosemary essential oils, Eucalyptus & Camphor crystals.
